Future investment pathway.
ReconFeed is building a route to a compliant U.S. investment offering. We do not accept investment payments, securities purchases, deposits, wallet transfers or share subscriptions on the ReconFeed website.
Offering status
Checking for a legally approved offering…
Any future securities transaction, verified offering disclosures, investor eligibility checks and payments will take place directly on a separately verified, registered intermediary platform—not in ReconFeed checkout.
Possible ownership and partnership structures
ReconFeed is evaluating the following potential ways to structure a future lawful financing or business relationship. None is currently being offered, approved, priced, or issued. ReconFeed's registered legal entity and ownership documents must be verified first.
- Company shareholders: a corporation could issue common or preferred shares under approved corporate authorizations and securities documents. Shareholders would have only the rights described in those documents.
- LLC ownership members: if the issuer is an LLC, a lawyer-approved offering could involve membership units rather than corporate shares. Voting, management, economic rights, and tax treatment depend on the operating agreement and offering terms.
- Partnership interests: ownership in a legally formed partnership may be possible under the proper agreements and securities exemptions, subject to significant liability, tax, investor and governance review.
- Commercial partnerships: sponsorships, co-marketing, vendor work and creator collaborations can be negotiated separately; they do not grant shares, ownership, voting rights or profit participation without an expressly authorized legal agreement.
Important: ownership, control and distributions are not guaranteed. No shares, units, partnership interests or voting rights can be reserved or purchased on this website. All actual securities offerings must follow an applicable exemption or registration and, for public Regulation Crowdfunding, the intermediary's approved process.

What must happen first?
- Confirm the legal entity and financing structure with securities counsel.
- Select the lawful securities exemption or registration and complete required disclosures/filings.
- Have the relevant intermediary verified against current SEC/FINRA registrations, and review public offering notices.
- Publish an approved offering only after the portal and legal approval gates are satisfied.
No investment minimum, ownership percentage, valuation, future return or offering date is promised. An advertising sponsorship is not an equity investment.
