These terms govern access to the ReconFeed beta by adults aged 18 or older. By affirmatively acknowledging these terms during account creation, users agree to comply with them, subject to rights that cannot legally be waived. The platform's contracting legal entity, governing law and jurisdiction-specific consumer clauses require confirmation before a wider commercial release.
Accounts and eligible use
Provide accurate account details; safeguard your login credentials; do not use another person's account or bypass account restrictions. The current beta may impose explicitly disclosed access criteria. Do not impersonate people, automate fake engagement, scrape private communications, harass others or breach applicable law.
User content and permission to operate
You retain ownership of content you lawfully own. You must hold the rights or permissions necessary to post all photos, videos, music, audio, logos, footage and likenesses. You grant ReconFeed a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to host, store, transcode, display and distribute content solely for providing and maintaining the features you use, subject to applicable account and privacy choices. This does not transfer ownership or create a right for unrelated commercial resale of your work. Permissions may persist for technical backups and lawful retention following removal.
Unacceptable content and activity
Unauthorized copyrighted material, counterfeit goods, phishing, impersonation, doxxing, nonconsensual intimate imagery, threats, deceptive transactions, illegal goods and attempts to evade moderation are prohibited. ReconFeed may review reports, remove material, restrict features, suspend accounts and permit appeals where appropriate. See Community Guidelines and IP complaints.
Advertising, sponsorship and gifts
Creators must clearly disclose paid promotions, gifted products, affiliate commissions, sponsorships and other material connections with a brand or seller. Use ReconFeed's on-screen paid-or-gifted promotion label when publishing a video or Story, and clearly explain the relationship in your content. A hidden caption, profile statement or hashtag alone may be inadequate. ReconFeed has not independently verified every promotion.
Beta status, marketplace and AI
Beta features and availability may change. Video playback, content distribution, recommendations, payouts, notifications and AI tools are not guaranteed. Users should not rely on ReconFeed for emergencies. Marketplace activity is separately covered by Marketplace Terms. AI outputs may contain errors and can have separate licensing constraints; verify rights before posting them.
Privacy, accounts and disputes
All users may initiate permanent account and associated-data deletion. See the account deletion page and our in-app Account settings. Deletion requests require identity verification and review before completion; they are not simply account deactivation.
Review our Privacy Policy. Contact reconfeed@reconfeed.com for account deletion, complaints or moderation appeals. Nothing in these terms excludes statutory rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. No mandatory arbitration provision is imposed by these beta terms.
