How to report an IP violation

Email reconfeed@reconfeed.com with your name and contact information, a description of the work or trademark, specific URLs or post identifiers, why you believe the use is unauthorized, and a signed statement of accuracy and authority. For U.S. DMCA notices, the required good-faith and perjury statements and electronic or physical signature must also be included. Do not send passwords or unnecessary identity documents.

Review, counter-notices and repeat infringement

ReconFeed reviews credible reports and may restrict access pending review. Affected creators can contact the same email to dispute a mistake, but a statutory DMCA counter-notice requires all information specified by law and cannot be satisfied solely by a brief message. Repeated substantiated infringement can lead to warnings, removal, suspension or account termination. Actions and disputes should be recorded and reviewed consistently.

Important: DMCA designation is not complete

This is an IP complaint contact, not a claim that a DMCA agent has been formally registered. The operator must separately register an agent with the U.S. Copyright Office and publish the required legal name, physical address, agent name, phone number and email for applicable §512 protections. Verify the registered details in the Copyright Office directory once registration is completed.

Names and marks of third parties may appear in user content solely in lawful contexts; display does not imply sponsorship. ReconFeed's own name and emblem are used as brand identifiers, but no assertion of registered trademark or worldwide clearance is made here.
